How are ROYCE' chocolates shipped to ensure freshness?
To maintain the delicate texture and quality of our chocolates, we ship all orders in temperature-controlled insulated packaging with non-toxic cooling gel packs.
What is the shelf life of Nama Chocolate?
Our signature Nama Chocolate is exceptionally fresh and contains high moisture content; therefore, it typically has a shelf life of one month from the date of production and must be kept refrigerated below 10°C (50°F).
Are there gluten-free options available?
While many of our chocolates do not contain gluten ingredients, all our products are processed in a facility that also handles wheat. Please refer to the specific ingredient list on each product page for detailed allergen information.
Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, we only offer shipping within the continental United States and select regions to ensure our temperature-sensitive products arrive in perfect condition. We cannot ship to P.O. boxes.
What is your return policy for food items?
Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not accept returns. However, if your order arrives damaged or is incorrect, please contact our customer service team within 24 hours of delivery for a replacement or refund.
Are your chocolates Halal certified?
While some of our products do not contain alcohol or animal-derived ingredients (other than dairy), we are not a certified Halal facility. Some varieties, particularly certain Nama flavors, do contain liquor as indicated in the product descriptions.
